Dispatching

Please note that we are only able to dispatch orders Monday-Thursday (excluding bank holidays), we will always do our best to dispatch any orders received before Midday the same day however in some cases (and dependent on stock availability) it could take 3-5 working days. Any orders received after Midday (subject to stock availability) will likely be dispatched the following working day.

Please note any orders received between Thursday and Sunday will not be dispatched until the following Monday

U.K. Deliveries

Our standard delivery charge of £17.50 is for a next day delivery service using a reputable nationwide courier. Due to the weight and size of many of our products, this is the only courier service we can offer. Morning timed deliveries and Saturday deliveries are available at extra cost, please contact us for a price before placing your order as this is not an available option at checkout and will need to be organised separately.

International deliveries (outside of the UK) incur an additional charge. Please contact us before placing any orders and we will provide you with a quote for the cost of delivery (this is not an option at checkout and will need to be organised separately).

Wherever possible, please give a business/work address for delivery. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the carriers can have a signature upon delivery. If the delivery is visibly damaged you should draw the carriers attention to the damage and you should make a note on the delivery documentation and contact us immediately. If the carrier has to attempt re-delivery, a supplementary charge may be applicable. If the carrier leaves a card to say they have attempted delivery, you must contact them promptly to re-arrange delivery, failure to do so may result in the goods being returned to us and an additional charge may be applicable for re delivery.

Request for proof of delivery must be made within 7 working days. After this time we will deem that the purchaser has accepted all goods.

International Deliveries

Conservatory Cast Systems Ltd welcomes orders from all around the globe and we work closely with FedEx and Royal Mail to arrange the transport.

After the order and payment has been confirmed please click here and complete the form along with your order number and request a price for transport – once agreed we will send a pro-forma invoice direct to you for immediate payment.

Alternatively if you wish to arrange your own transport for international delivery then please again complete the form and we will inform your of the packages dimensions and weights and also any supporting invoicing or details you require.
