Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by the Buyer
No cancellation for the whole, part, or installments of any order, shall be given to customer unless it is agreed by a Manager at Conservatory Cast Systems in writing.
Goods when delivered may not be returned unless authorisation has been agreed by a Manager at Conservatory Cast Systems as stated above.
Goods will only be accepted if the package remains undamaged and in its original packaging, or that of a similar high quality, and must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
All goods returned must include the original delivery note, signed and dated, a copy will be taken for office use, on return of goods and must be signed by a manager, with good reason.
Returns / Refunds
Any return / refund request by any customer type must be put in writing with good reason and posted to the Manager at Conservatory Cast Systems.
Once we have received the request we will acknowledge receipt in writing.
Conservatory Cast Systems shall reimburse whole or part of the price where we deem relevant, excluding any of the original amounts unpaid. All charges for postage and delivery costs for returns, shall remain the responsibility of the customer.
All goods must be returned in perfect resaleable condition, with no parts missing or altered in any way.
All goods returned must be sent within 7 days of receipt, in agreement with the above terms
All refunds on back to a credit card will take up to 7 workings once agreed with Conservatory Cast Sytems.
Faulty / Incorrectly received goods to be returned
All goods received that appear to be faulty or damaged must be returned within 7 days.
Goods that are returned must be accompanied by a signed delivery note as per 1.1c, on receipt at Conservatory Cast Systems, and counter signed by a Manager.
All goods that are returned must in the original packaging or that of similar quality, and should not have altered or attempted to be changed in any way.
Goods that are returned as faulty, are inspected and tested, if a product. is not found to be faulty, then no refund or replacement shall be given.
Any delivery or postage cost incurred by the customer for returning goods shall remain the responsibilty of the customer.
If a product is found to be faulty due to manufacturing by Conservatory Cast Systems, then a full refund for all cost incurred shall be reimbursed within 7 days. Or a replacement product offered, any refund for delivery or postage is solely to the managers descrection at Conservatory Cast Systems. And all products will remain the property of Conservatory Cast Systems.
For products that are inspected and tested and are not found to be faulty, no refund or replacment will be given, and all products will remain the property of Conservatory Cast Systems. And all Delivery and Postage costs are the responsibilty of the customer.
Changed your mind upon receipt of Goods
If you no longer w ant a product, when you have received it. This must be returned within 7 days from delivery, for a refund to be given. A full refund can only be given on the cost of the product. Any delivery or postage cost incurred will remain the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be given back to the customer within 7 days of receipt of goods, with a signed deilvery note as per the above terms
